If the email you entered when registering or creating your account was wrong send an email to hola@bookingcore.com stating the name of your hotel and the correct email address.

On accessing my.bookingcore.com you will find a link that says "Did you forget your password?" Click on this link and enter the email address you provided when creating your account.
