Will I be charged commission for a cancellation?

If the booking is cancelled withing the period stipulated in the terms and conditions of cancellation, BookingCore will not charge commission on that booking.

Commission is charged only when the cancellation was not made withing the period stipulated in the terms and conditions of cancellation, provided that the booking has not been cancelled beforehand, and based only on the total paid by the customer.
